How to make ★sweet and sour salmon★〜鮭の南蛮漬け〜(EP102)

I have a sore throat. My voice sounds awful. Allow me the video with subtitles!

Today, I want to share with you, how to make “Sweeet and Sour Salmon”.

You can make a delicious and healthy fish dish in a minute by using Sushi vinegar and Mentsuyu.

Let’s get started!

〈ingredients〉4 servings
Three slices skinless salmon fillet ( 80g~100g per slice)
1/2 teaspoon salt
One tablespoon flour
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
Four pieces Okura
Three tablespoons sushi vinegar
One tablespoon Mentsuyu

1.Wash Okura and line them alternately on cutting board.

Sprinkle a little amount of salt, then roll them on the board to remove hair.
This is an old school method

Brunch quickly, then soak in icy cold water.Pat dry, then slice thinly.

※Okura makes the sauce thick.

Cut your carrot into juliene, slice your onion thinly. Set aside until use.

2. Wash salmon fillet and pat dry. Cut into 2 inches square. Put them into a plastic bag and toss in salt and flour. Shake and coat generously.

3. Heat a frying pan on medium heat, cook the salmon with the lid on. Flip them over an cook two more minutes or until done.

4. Place your half amount of vegetable at the bottom of tray, then place your cooked salmon on it.

Place the rest of your vegetable over salmon.

Drizzle three tablespoons sushi vinegar all over the ingredients, then drizzle Mentsuyu.

You can enjoy it immediately but even tastes better after marinating 2 to 3 hours.

It will last a couple of days in the fridge, so you enjoy anytime you want.
